The HiShop Beauty Tier programme is our loyalty rewards system where members earn points from purchases and redeem them for exclusive rewards, gifts, and perks.
2. How do I join the programme?
You must create a HiShop account to start earning and redeeming points.
Once registered, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the programme.
3. How do I earn points?
You will earn points based on your purchases:
1 RM = 1 point
Points are only awarded for completed and paid orders.
4. When will my points be credited?
Points will be credited to your account after your order has been successfully completed and fulfilled.

6. How do I redeem my rewards?
To redeem a reward:
- Go to the loyalty rewards page
- Redeem your selected reward
- Copy the coupon code provided
⚠️ Important:
- The reward (free gift) will NOT automatically appear in your cart
- You must apply the coupon code during checkout
- A purchase is required for the free gift to be added successfully
7. Why isn’t my free gift showing in my cart?
Free gifts will only appear when:
- A valid coupon code is applied
- There is at least one purchased item in your cart
Free gifts cannot be redeemed on their own without a purchase.

Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and can only be used within your HiShop account.

Points earned from cancelled or refunded orders will be reversed or deducted from your account.
13. How do I receive my birthday reward?
To receive your birthday reward:
- You must enter your accurate birthdate in the loyalty rewards section of your account

14. What are welcome points?
Welcome points are awarded when you successfully create a HiShop account.
This is a one-time reward per customer.
15. Can I use multiple coupon codes at once?
Only one coupon code can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
