East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)

Orders are fulfilled through our logistics partners via EasyParcel, utilizing selected courier services including DHL eCommerce and other available shipping providers.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification.
Please note that orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or peak shopping periods may require additional processing time.
Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
West Malaysia
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
East Malaysia
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Singapore
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, remote locations, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

West Malaysia
Flat Rate Shipping: RM6.00
FREE Shipping for orders RM60 and above
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
Shipping rates vary based on delivery location:
Selected areas: RM18.40
Remote or higher-cost areas: RM35.00
Applicable shipping fees will be displayed automatically during checkout based on the delivery postcode.
Singapore
Flat Rate Shipping: SGD10.00
FREE Shipping for orders SGD100 and above
5. East Malaysia Shipping Benefits
For orders shipped to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan):
Areas with RM18.40 Shipping Rate
FREE Shipping for orders RM150 and above
Areas with RM35.00 Shipping Rate
Receive RM15 Shipping Off for orders RM150 and above
Shipping fee will be reduced from RM35.00 to RM20.00
Shipping discounts and free shipping benefits are automatically applied during checkout where eligible.
6. Clearance Products Shipping Promotion
West Malaysia Only
Orders consisting of eligible clearance products may qualify for:
FREE Shipping with a minimum spend of RM25
This promotion is subject to product eligibility and may be amended without prior notice.
7. Remote Area Deliveries
Certain locations in East Malaysia may be classified by courier providers as remote or outskirt areas and may incur higher shipping charges.
Where additional charges apply beyond the standard checkout rate, our customer service team may contact you for confirmation before shipment is arranged.
Should you choose not to proceed, a refund may be issued for the affected order.
8. Product Delivery Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to courier regulations, perishability, or delivery limitations.
For example, selected seasonal products, including certain mooncake products, may not be available for delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan).
